Jim Lake, Vice President and Managing Director of Michael Walters, joined a panel with Greg Delks, CFE, Vice President, Franchise Development (Firehouse Subs) and Stephen Howell, VP Operations (Sandler Training) to discuss marketing strategies for growth-oriented franchisees.
The roundtable discussion at the annual event spoke to innovative and affordable marketing strategies for new franchises or those that were looking to expand their book of business. We discussed streamlining marketing throughout multi-location organizations in an affordable and efficient manner," said Jim Lake.
