Mr. Ellis is a Trial attorney in the Firm's Houston office, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial, oil and gas, construction, real estate, products liability, consumer and general personal injury disputes. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
Mr. Fulmer practices in Gardere's Intellectual Property Practice Group in Dallas. He represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, patent litigation, trademarks and copyrights. He also is well-versed in domain name dispute resolution and arbitration. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Ms. Mason practices in Gardere's Labor and Employment Practice Group in Houston. She focuses on a variety of labor and employment and litigation matters, including matters at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels, and she routinely advises clients on the Fair Labor Standards Act and Family and Medical Leave Act. Ms. Mason is a 2005 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
Ms. Momanaee practices in Gardere's Trial Practice Group in Houston, where she focuses on commercial, oil and gas, insurance coverage, personal injury, ownership, shareholder, partnership and management disputes. Ms. Momanaee has experience in cases involving the sale of goods and services in the oilfield and pipeline services industry, including related contracts. In addition, Ms. Momanaee has experience in several internal investigations and patent infringement litigation cases. She is a 2006 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
Mr. Scott is a Trial attorney in the Firm's Dallas office. He has significant experience representing clients in complex business, financial, and oil and gas litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. Scott has argued before the Texas Supreme Court and tried cases throughout Texas, ranging from business disputes to personal injuries. Mr. Scott is a 2006 graduate of the South Texas College of Law.
