Dawn M. Costello is Operations Director. E. Client Services, in Boston for FIS Financial. Ms. Costello's skills and expertise in banking, debit/credit cards, relationship management, loans, outsourcing, project management and team leadership has made her an invaluable asset to FIS.

Dawn Costello is a graduate of The New England Banking Institute, Bentley University and Massachusetts Hospital School Respite Care Program. Ms. Costello holds an Executive Mail Center Managers certificate and attended the Project Management Institute for certification.

Ms. Dawn Costello began her career as a Bank Manager for the Bank of Boston in 1986. Through hard work and steadfast dedication she quickly advanced and became Statement Manager for Sovereign Bank, a public company with over 10,000 employees.

Dawn M. Costello's accomplishments did not go unnoticed by the management team at FIS. In June of 2003, Ms. Costello was offered a position at FIS; Information, Technology and Services. For the past 10 plus years, Dawn M. Costello has become one of the shining stars at FIS. With an extensive background and training in the financial field, her 25 plus years of experience has made her the perfect fit for the vital position she currently holds at FIS.

Ms. Dawn Costello strives to keep abreast of the ever-evolving field of banking technology.
