Carl Priest of Northern Heating and Cooling launches an Energy Audit program to save homeowners money on heating their homes for the upcoming winter season ~ Rochester New York

NARRAGANSETT, RI, September 02, 2010

Carl Priest, President of Northern Heating and Cooling in Rochester, New York launches an Energy Audit program for homeowners to save them money on heating their homes for the upcoming winter season. As part of this program Northern Heating and Cooling will do an on-site visit and offer a summary of potential options to make the home more efficient. The rollout of the energy audit program comes at a time when most HVAC companies forget about how synergistically a furnace works with the rest of the house.

The Energy Audit program will provide homeowners with a comprehensive summary on how and where to reduce energy loss inside of their homes thus reducing the cost of their monthly heating and or cooling bill. Mr. Priest said, "In this day and age you can install a new furnace however a lot of times people forget to check the attic insulation, duck work, or filters. Having a new furnace will provide you with more efficiency however if you don't have enough insulation installed in your home then there will still be an issue of lost energy. As part of Priest's Promise I believe you have to go into the home and look at the big picture raking through the potential places for energy loss."

The Energy Audit program will run seasonally with Northern Heating and Cooling. The rollout for the fall will include a written summary with recommendations on where to save, how to maximize the existing equipment within your home, and other energy saving suggestions. "With the Fall season upon us and winter coming quickly we are excited to roll this out to be of service to the Rochester and Walworth communities to improve their energy inside their homes." Said Carl Priest. The energy audit program will deliver results to the homeowners who are looking to save money on their heating this winter by maximizing their current equipment. This audit takes a comprehensive look at how energy flows throughout the home. Northern Heating and Cooling is pleased to begin offering this program to region and offer up ways to integrate efficiency into what's existing so that when winter strikes drafts are reduced, the furnace runs smoothly, and the home is comfortable.

In archaeology the term outlier is used to represent something that is unexpected. It is out of the ordinary. An event that in some way shape of form doesn't fit the mold ~ it is substantially outside of what is expected. In statistics an outlier is defined as a deviation from the mean, falling outside of the given set of data. For our purposes, we define an Outlier as a rare occurrence in a given industry. We live in a hyper-competitive world, the last trade show I attended had 120 vendors, 12 of which were Marketing Companies.

So the question becomes how do you differentiate, how do you stand out, how do you outlie when the world we live in has given us so many choices? That is just one example, go online and search your favorite product or service. There are hundreds of proliferations of what you are looking for on the web, and locally there are just as many.

We are driven forward by this conundrum. An Outlier to us is someone who craves to be the leader of the pack. Our fuel are these companies, these people, these brands who scan the market place seeking ways to step outside of the norm, or further outside the norm to become an outlier in their industry. They have a product or service that by nature falls outside of the cluster, they are client centric, and have a vision for the future of their company
