NUTRITION 2024 makes its way to Chicago 

The America Society for Nutrition’s leading annual event with the latest nutrition research will convene next June in the Windy City

(Press-News.org) Rockville, MD (September 28, 2023) – The American Society for Nutrition (ASN) announced today that its annual meeting, NUTRITION 2024, will take place in Chicago, Illinois, June 29 - July 2, 2024. NUTRITION 2024 is the premier meeting for the nutrition community, exploring developments in clinical and translational nutrition, food science and systems, diet and disease, basic science, global health, and more. Nutrition scientists are invited to share their research and join together with clinicians, policy experts, industry, and the media to network and learn for 3.5 exciting days in Chicago.

From groundbreaking research to thought-provoking discussions, NUTRITION 2024 promises to be a knowledge-packed experience like no other," said ASN President, Dr. Kevin Schalinske. "I'm thrilled by the caliber of programming that awaits us in Chicago."

NUTRITION 2024 will continue to offer the latest research on the hottest topics in nutrition. Past and future topics include the relationship between diet and disease, artificial intelligence and health, precision nutrition, and ultra-processed foods — all covered by high-impact media outlets worldwide. The program will feature scientific symposia and educational sessions; original research studies presented in oral and poster sessions and flash talks; award lectures delivered by distinguished leaders; professional and career development opportunities; and small group sessions with ASN’s vibrant scientific communities.

Original research in the form of abstracts can be submitted for presentation at NUTRITION 2024 beginning in early November. At NUTRITION 2024, the ASN Foundation will present scientific achievement awards to investigators at all career stages and recognize the ASN Class of 2024 Fellows which is the highest honor bestowed by ASN.
