WALTHAM, MA, February 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) OpTier, the leader in Business Transaction Management (BTM) for the enterprise, today announced 85 percent annual revenue growth in 2010 through sales in new and existing market segments. The partnership agreement enables Amdocs to resell OpTier BTM , offering its customers visibility into all end-user transactions to avoid revenue losses from order fall out, improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn. Through Amdocs and directly, OpTier was able to add new tier-one telecommunication customers such as O2, a business division of Telefonica S.A.
