Software Firm Climbs to No. 2 Rank on "Best of Arizona" Businesses

The Chatfield Group, a Mesa-based technology consulting firm, has risen to #2 in a public opinion poll that ranks the top software firms in Greater Phoenix. The company beat out several larger, well-known firms, such as Go Daddy Group, for the honor.

2011-03-07
PHOENIX, AZ, March 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Ranking Arizona 2011 has named The Chatfield Group Inc. as the No. 2 software company in Arizona. Ranking Arizona, produced by Arizona Business magazine, is a compilation of the "best of Arizona businesses" and ranks companies based on a voting system that is open to the public.

Chatfield, which has been providing custom software development in the Phoenix area for a decade, improved on its No. 3 ranking in 2010, and beat out well-known Valley competitors such as McMurry, Go Daddy and Infusionsoft. JDA Software took the top spot this year.

"I'm proud that our firm has once again distinguished itself as one of the best software companies in Arizona," says CEO Simon Chatfield. "But I'm most proud of our team members and the effort they put in, and the fact that our customers, who did the voting, hold us in such high esteem."

Chatfield's technology solutions include powerful cutom travel booking software, business intelligence dashboards, content management systems, and more. Its travel booking systems alone are responsible for processing millions of dollars worth of transactions per month on dozens of websites.

"Our customers in Phoenix and worldwide understand that technology is a key driver to streamlining operations and growing profitability," says Chatfield. "Having a technology partner that understands how software can empower businesses to succeed is a huge differentiator in today's marketplace."

The Chatfield Group recently launched a free program designed to save businesses time and money while increasing revenue opportunities through technology. The software firm's "Tech Talk" program meets business owners where they are - one on one - and helps them find ways to make existing business functions work better, faster or more economically.
