Cucina Enoteca, an Urban Kitchen Group Restaurant, Signs New Lease at Irvine Spectrum

SAN DIEGO, CA, April 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, announced the facilitation of a new lease for Cucina Enoteca, a California inspired Kitchen & Wine Shop, opening in late summer/early fall 2011 at the Irvine Spectrum.

Location Matters has helped The Urban Kitchen Group in acquiring the space for its two San Diego restaurants, presently located in the Banker's Hill and Kensington communities.

Moving down the coast, the sister restaurant to San Diego's Cucina Urbana will have 6,245 square feet of restaurant space with an additional 1,800 square feet of outdoor seating. The new restaurant will be located at 31 Fortune Drive, at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California.

Michael Spilky, Co-Founder of Location Matters Restaurant & Retail Brokerage, represented the lessee and the lessor represented themselves in the transaction.
