Michigan Elder Law Attorneys Host Free Informational Seminars Throughout Metro Detroit

The attorneys and counselors at Accettura & Hurwitz will be offering a number of seminars throughout metro Detroit designed to discuss "The State of Elder Law."

NEW YORK, NY, April 27, 2011 (Press-News.org) As more and more men and women are caring for elderly parents and relatives, it is more important than ever to ensure proper understanding of elder law and changes laws to protect aging loved ones.

As part of an ongoing commitment to keep the community informed of the changes in elder law, the attorneys and counselors at Accettura & Hurwitz will be offering a number of seminars throughout metro Detroit designed to discuss "The State of Elder Law."

P. Mark Accettura will be on hand to discuss several important issues including:

Accettura is an expert Michigan Elder Law Attorney with 30 years experience has successfully handled the legal care of thousands of seniors and their families. Accettura is a former adjunct professor at University of Detroit/Mercy School of Law where he taught courses on income taxation, estate, gift tax, pensions and employee benefits.

Accettura is also a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics and is an author of three books with a fourth book on the psychology of elder law and family care being published this summer. Accettura was also the former host of "Law Talk," a one-hour public access television show in 37 cities in southeastern Michigan.
