MIAMI, FL, May 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) Silver may have suffered a temporary setback in North American markets, but this does not mean that investors should sell; quite the opposite.
"Savvy investors know that you buy when values are low and sell when they are high," says Bill Hionas, CEO of Pan American Metals. "News of Bin Laden's death has been responsible for a temporary pullback in silver prices, this is therefore an opportune time to purchase."
Investment analysts still talk of silver reaching as high as $100 an ounce within the next two years; a short-term correction is therefore an opportunity for investors looking to purchase, and should not scare off investors already holding silver or other metals. Demand from China and India should continue to push prices up and no one seems to be anticipating a significant change in the current upward trend. Additionally, silver has gained appeal among smaller investors as the 'poor man's gold'; it is viewed as being cheaper than gold and therefore easier to purchase. In the longer term, analysts expect silver to reach back to the $50 level and even higher, with $80, or even $100 an ounce not being out of the question.
Pan American Metals offers both private and corporate investors easy access to the precious metals markets; their team of seasoned brokers is always available to advise clients. Investors can purchase gold, silver, palladium or platinum.

2011-05-04
News of the death of Osama Bin Laden has not brought quite such good news to investors in the precious metals market, but Bill Hionas, CEO of Pan American Metals of Miami, assures investors that Monday's slide does not mean the silver bubble has burst.
"There will always be fluctuations in the commodities market," says Bill Hionas. "News of Bin Laden's death has understandably produced a strengthening in the value of the US dollar and a corresponding weakness in precious metals prices. However, savvy investors will understand this to be a temporary glitch ...
