ST. LOUIS, MO, June 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Heritage Clubs International (HCI), an association of bank clubs and the premier bank marketing organization in North America, has grown to represent more than 200 community banks in 33 states. HCI has a concentration in the Midwest and has developed into a targeted marketing solution for community banks that wish to build new relationships and increase core deposits while solidifying existing relationships.
Heritage Clubs International, founded in 1980, invites all community banks to attend a free informational seminar in Rogers, Arkansas on August 19th and 20th, 2011. This location is also the site of HCI's Annual Conference on March 21-25, 2012. Topics discussed will include: An overview of Heritage Clubs, How to price tours, How to prove club value to bank management, How to reach the 45 to 55 market, and How to measure customer value of club Members vs. Non-Members.
Heritage Clubs International offers qualifying bank clubs special benefits and extra attention along with best practices on how to retain customers and increase customer loyalty.
Aside from enabling community banks the ability to offer their customers exceptional service and rewards, HCI is also an informational, educational and professional resource for its members. Members belong to a network of community banks that are able to exchange information and ideas, allowing each bank to improve. HCI also hosts its annual Peer Group Conference that brings members together for more than three days of educational seminars and idea-exchanging. By providing club members with products and services designed exclusively for them, banks can expect to be rewarded with customer loyalty.
About Heritage Clubs International
Heritage Clubs International, LLC. was founded in 1980 by First Citizens National Bank in Mason City, Iowa and currently has a membership of more than 200 banks located in 33 states across the country. Each HCI member bank has a club that offers membership to high-end deposit customers who meet deposit requirements and who have time and interest in social activities and travel. The primary goal for the banks is growth in deposits and increased profitability from sales of bank services. This is done by generating strong relationships with the members. The bank club offers many banking related benefits to these customers, with most offering travel programs, from one day trips to extended tours, plus international tours and cruises. The travel program is the "jewel" of the bank clubs as it develops the strongest relationship of all of the banking services. For more information, visit http://www.heritageclubs.com.
