World's First Structured Apparel for Recruiters Coined "leafBuilder Apparel"
leafBuilder Apparel, a structured apparel primarily fashioned for the recruiting industry allows Recruiters a means to literally wear their candidate placement achievements on their backs.
IRVING, TX, August 12, 2011
John C. Sudds, President and CEO of defunct LeafsOfTalent.com, Inc., a recruiting match-making company joined Zazzle.com in 2009 as a shopkeeper to create an unexpected structured apparel logo-line for Recruiters. The line, effectively coined "leafBuilder," literally allows Recruiters a means to wear their candidate placement achievements on their backs using a proprietary apparel ranking system. The ranking system which ascends in tiers of 2000 denotes the number of placements a Recruiter has achieved at any given point, and depending on that number, the Recruiter is entitled to wear a certain rank within the apparel's remarkable logo-line. It's kind of like rankings used in law enforcement or military professions; the member wears his or her designated rank in order to identify their position within the department's hierarchy, whereby the ranking system created for John's Recruiters' apparel denotes an estimate of how many job seekers a Recruiter has placed during his or her career. John's apparel concept is built on a mountain maple leaf theme and the following reveals its 7-tier apparel ranking system:
SINGLEleaf Rank (SL) - Recruiter placed between 0001 to 1999 job candidates. (Aka: the Apprentice Recruiter)
DOUBLEleaf Rank (DL) - Recruiter placed between 2000 to 2999 job candidates. (Aka: the Journeyman Recruiter)
TRIPLEleaf Rank (TL) - Recruiter placed between 3000 to 3999 job candidates. (Aka: the Seasoned Recruiter)
FOURleaf Rank (4L) - Recruiter placed between 4000 to 4999 job candidates. (Aka: the Expert Recruiter)
FIVEleaf Rank (5L) - Recruiter placed 5000 and greater job candidates. . (Aka: the Expert Heavyweight Recruiter)
SIXleaf Rank (6L) - Recruiter places job candidates for government entities; primarily military or civil service placements. (Aka: the Government Recruiter)
SEVENleaf Rank (7L) - Large job candidate placements affected as a result of venture capital or institutional investments.
And although leafBuilder Apparel has not begin to rake in extraordinary profits one cannot deny its revolutionary prospective on the global recruiting industry; and in many respects, leafBuilder Apparel has already become a world's market leader within the industry as John has essentially created the only structured apparel for Recruiters, one that speaks to each Recruiter's individual achievements without verbally saying so.
Needless to say John's apparel line is built on a complex price point system coupled with what he calls a human honor and pride system. How it works is that the higher the number of candidate placements a Recruiter says he or she has placed on the apparel's 2000 tier ranking system then the higher the cost to wear that particular rank. This algorithm is used in order to help sustain the integrity of John's structured Recruiter's apparel -- in that most likely a Recruiter who chooses to wear higher ranks are going to do so more faithfully on merits of pride; and price, so long as they are market bearable, would be acceptable so to help sustain the line's integrity among Recruiters. leafBuilder Apparel is no ordinary clothing-line, and Recruiters through John's purview can really appreciate an exclusive apparel line built around their career achievements.
Interestingly enough, leafBuilder Apparel carries its own clothing classification too -- under a mother label termed "Occupational Performance Preference Wear," or "OPPW" for short; a label also fashioned by John. According to John, the OPPW label can be used to launch various categories of apparel extending far beyond his recruiter line. The OPPW label is dynamic and broad enough to be affixed to various categories of apparel, including but not limited to -- lifestyle, casual, sports, professional, outdoor and industrial apparel items.
And lastly, amid the often UNISEX apparel that leafBuilder's logo-line is currently affixed, and a practice that John will most likely continue as his line evolves -- he has carved out a consumer segment within his line's rankings for both Recruiters and the general public to enjoy. This particular section is the "SINGLEleaf Recruiter and General Wear" section whereby the theme is more centered on consumer lifestyle rather than Recruiter achievements. This shared fashion section pays tribute to an intended psychology that encompasses the central idea on which leafBuilder Apparel was founded, and that is to say; for those consumers who choose to wear the leafBuilder brand are merely ones of Good Samaritan intentions -- fostering virtuous deeds or simply carrying out noble acts.
