Since 2006, the year of the opening of the Disneyland Paris hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel is engaged daily in sustainable development actions.
Since 2010, with Planete Urgence, the hotel has concentrated its efforts towards carbon compensation by planting trees through the Climate Emergency operation.
Radisson Blu Hotel is committed to plant a minimum of 2,500 trees in the upcoming year, in Mali, Madagascar and Indonesia by offering business clients the opportunity to support this action.
Planete Urgence is a French NGO that acts for the environment protection.
Born in 2000, Planete Urgence is fighting against inequalities North-South in the world and also against the Earth's deforestation.

This reforestation project aims to replant at least 6 billion trees by 2012. Since the beginning of this operation, more than 2 billion trees have already been planted.

GALVESTON — Researchers have found that a protein linked to cell division and migration and tied to increased cell proliferation in ovarian tumors is also present at high levels in breast cancer specimens and cell lines.
