Stoneham Martial Arts School Invites Public To Open House Week During March 5-10, 2012

Body Mind Systems Offers Free Lessons For Individuals Looking For That Extra Mental Edge For Success

STONEHAM, MA, March 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Body Mind Systems, a comprehensive martial arts system with a school in Stoneham, Massachusetts, is holding a one-week Open House starting Monday March 5, 2012 through Saturday March 10, 2012. Adults (Ages 15 and older) and children (Ages 4-14) are welcome to participate in any of the appropriate, regularly scheduled classes for free, compliments of the school. Adult classes are held weekdays from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturdays 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. See website for additional school schedule. No prior experience is necessary. Reservations are required as space is limited. Students signing up during this week will receive an extra month of training.

"Most people are playing catch-up in life. They're trying to catch up on improving their health, their work, their time, their finances, their goals, and their relationships" says Bob Lee, a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a Head Instructor at the Stoneham school. "Forget about catching up. How about investing in strengthening your mind and body to increase your capacity to improve your financial position, meet your goals and have better relationships because you feel better about yourself? That's the higher level application of martial arts in life."
