Lexington Dentist Offers Mobile Version of His Practice's Website

Dr. Allen Castle, dentist in Lexington, is excited to offer a version of his website that is optimized for mobile and tablet devices.

2012-06-08
LEXINGTON, KY, June 08, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Allen Castle, Lexington dentist, is now offering a mobile version of his practice's comprehensive dental website. The new site is designed specifically to function smoothly on mobile and tablet devices.

"Today, more and more people are using their phones to access the Internet. I am happy that our practice has gone along with this trend and made it easy for patients to access our site on their mobile devices. I hope all of our patients will take some time to check out our mobile site," said Dr. Castle, Lexington cosmetic dentist.

Within the past few years, smart phone and tablet usage has greatly increased. Since 2010, mobile searches have quadrupled and 95% of smartphone users have searched for local information. By 2013, more people will use their mobile phones than PCs to connect to the Internet. Because of statistics like this, the dentist in Lexington has made an effort to promote his practice through his mobile site.

Due to a mobile devices small size and slower speeds, many of the images and flash content on the full website will load slowly or fail to load at all on a mobile device. The new mobile site eliminates and reformats the content so that it will load extremely quickly and be user-friendly on a mobile device.

Patients of the implant dentist in Lexington will be able to access all of the helpful features that are a part of his website, including the online appointment scheduler. To request an appointment, patients simply have to enter in the date and time that they wish to come in for an appointment. Shortly after this, the practice's scheduling coordinator will follow up with a confirmation of the appointment through email or a text message.
