The autumn lineup includes classes like "Healthy Fats and Oils: the facts about fat!," "Is Gluten Bad?" and "Getting kids to LOVE healthy food." "Our early bird 'sampler' package will be on sale for a limited time, from July 3-17," explains Potter. The sampler package includes any four classes in the fall session. "Because we know that we learn more by having fun, you can share the classes and come with a friend or give them as gifts!" explains Potter. The sale is four classes for $110, and Rooted Nutrition expects the classes to fill up quickly.
