Dutchess County Tourism Logo Chosen for E-book

MIDDLETOWN, NY, June 29, 2012 (Press-News.org) BBG&G Advertising and Public Relations was chosen to be published in the Brightbook eBook series by David E. Carter for their work on the Dutchess County Tourism (DCT) Logo. The eBook, entitled Logo 2.0, contains 283 logo redesigns and the design strategies behind the projects.

As part of the integrated marketing plan developed for DCT, BBG&G developed a campaign entitled "Simple and Sophisticated, You Deserve Dutchess", including the creation of the new logo, print and digital ads, emarketing and website. BBG&G redesigned the logo to express the Dutchess brand - visually conveying simplicity and sophistication, and capturing the variety of experiences Dutchess County has to offer. The icons used speak of relaxation, recreation, history, outdoor beauty, art, and culinary quests.

These eBooks are used by creative directors, art directors, and graphic designers to inspire their creative process and to stay current on trends within the industry. They are a compilation of what David E. Carter feels are "the best of the best." The artists and designers, whose work appears, were selected from an international field of design professionals.
