Edmonton Based BCM Developments Changes City Skyline with 4 Urban Communities

The purpose of this press release is to inform readers that Edmonton's city skyline is being changed by BCM Developments building four completely different Urban Communities.

2012-07-12
EDMONTON, AB, July 12, 2012 (Press-News.org) BCM Developments is currently working on four different communities within the city limits of Edmonton, Alberta. These four projects are aptly named The Zen, Maxx, Corner 1 Towers and Fuzion. All of these developments are happening in the downtown core of Edmonton, which is an area that has long deserved another look at for workers who have to travel from the outskirts to the core each and every day. For more information go to http://www.bcmdevelopments.com.

The Zen development is in the post -construction phase, although interested buyers are welcome to register and pre-purchase units at this 105th Avenue location. The units range in size from 840 square feet to 1114 square feet with a starting price point of approximately $270,000.

The Maxx condo development is ultra-modern with a stainless steel and brick exterior located on 113 th Street. Units are open concept and have raised ceilings for a breezy feel at 9' and 18' throughout the living space. This development is complete, and is in the selling phase with unit prices starting at approximately $250,000 for condos between 659 square feet to 1288 square feet.

Corner1 Towers consists of two cutting edge towers designed so that each unit has a fantastic view of the city. These twin condo towers will definitely stand out, and units are available for purchase on this project that is underway on the corner of Jasper Avenue and 95th Street. Residents are expected to take occupancy in these 27-story buildings sometime in 2015.

Last, but definitely not least, is the Fuzion condo development. This development has begun just South of Whyte Avenue on the corner 102nd Street and 82nd Avenue. The ground has been broke at this complex and development of the underground parking complex has begun. Units are currently selling between $200,000 and $500,000 for condos between 631 and 991 square feet.

BCM has been working hard at revitalizing some of the under-developed areas of Edmonton's downtown core. Their projects will bring a contemporary and modern flair to areas that have been long ignored. The increase in residential areas in the downtown area brings a whole new feel and culture to the area.
