DENVER, CO, August 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) Women and men considering cosmetic surgery now have an expanded resource that will help them truly see just what to expect from their procedure - with real-life examples. Dr. Frank Campanile's Denver plastic surgery practice (http://www.campanileplasticsurgery.com) recently added dozens of new before-and-after photos of patients to its online photo gallery. There are now more than 200 real-life cases showing the results patients have achieved through Dr. Campanile's surgical skill.
"My staff and I always love to see new patients come in for a consultation and talk to us about just what is right for them," notes Dr. Campanile. "And, with this expansion of our online photo gallery, our new patients can get a better sense of what is possible before they come in for a consultation to discuss their options. Now, people who are curious about our procedures can see real results from the best source - my actual patients."
The landing page for the expanded photo gallery presents three categories for types of cases: breast enhancement photos, body contouring photos and medical spa photos. Breast enhancement photos include breast augmentation, lift, reduction, surgery revision and lift with augmentation procedures. Body contouring photos include tummy tucks, mini tummy tucks, arm lift, liposuction and massive weight loss procedure results. Medical spa photos include cases using BOTOX Cosmetic and other skin treatments for wrinkle reduction and lip enhancement.
"Some of the biggest photo categories in our gallery right now are liposuction and breast augmentation in Denver," adds Dr. Campanile. "But we offer several photos for every different procedure we offer. So even if you are considering a procedure like an arm lift or an injectable treatment, you'll find a few examples of the results my patients were able to achieve."
As more and more people compare cosmetic surgeons online, the growth of online photo galleries has increased dramatically. Before, patients had to schedule a consultation in order to gain access to photos of a surgeon's work. Now, those photos are easily accessible before contacting the practice, making it easier to find a surgeon who can deliver highly attractive results and feeling confident about that surgeon before even coming to the practice for an initial consultation.
"Before-and-after photos are important in helping a patient feel more comfortable with a procedure," says Dr. Campanile. "They also provide a clear understanding of what is possible with a particular procedure. Choosing cosmetic surgery is an important life decision, and the more information I can give to my patients ahead of time, the better informed they'll be in order to make a wise decision."
Campanile Plastic Surgery (http://www.campanileplasticsurgery.com) was founded in Denver by Dr. Frank Campanile, a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who has over 15 years of plastic surgery experience. Dr. Campanile completed advanced training in hand and microsurgery and is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Lee Memorial Health Systems. The practice specializes in breast and body contouring, including procedures such as breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Patients of the practice also can benefit from some of the latest medical spa procedures, such as BOTOX Cosmetic and dermal fillers.

The Jones Act: Federal Relief for Seaman Work Injury and Death
2012-08-05
Maritime work is precarious, and those who labor aboard ships, barges and offshore drilling rigs rely on their employers to provide safe workplaces in the face of the obvious risks inherent in working on the powerful ocean with a variety of dangerous, heavy machinery and equipment.
After World War I, the government wanted to modernize and enhance the U.S. shipping and maritime industries. As part of that effort, Congress enacted the Jones Act in 1920 to provide a federal legal remedy for the injury or death of a seaman in the course of his or her employment. Some of ...
Alcohol Testing Behind the Wheel: Wisconsin's Ignition Interlock Law
2012-08-05
Every year, lawmakers seem to find new ways to ratchet up the punishment for drunk drivers. But it's not just jail time and fines anymore; innovative technological solutions are increasingly being tapped to address drunk driving concerns.
An ignition interlock is an electronic device that, when installed in a vehicle, will not allow the engine to start until the driver provides a breathe sample that measures below a certain limit for blood alcohol content. In addition, to keep the engine running, the driver must periodically breathe into the ignition interlock while ...
Study Dispels Myth That Tort Reform Reduces Health Care Costs
2012-08-05
Ask a patient who has suffered a severe injury or prolonged illness due to a medical professional's errors, and they will likely tell you that having civil remedies to pursue damages helped them keep faith in justice during a tough time. Ask many American politicians, and they will try to persuade you that medical malpractice lawsuits are a major contributor to health care costs.
Economic studies have shown the opposite, including a recent study from the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies. The authors of "Will Tort Reform Bend the Cost Curve? Evidence from Texas" ...
South Carolina Supreme Court Reverses Sex Offender Registry Violation
2012-08-05
Like other states, South Carolina requires people convicted of sex crimes to register as sex offenders. This life-long duty is imposed for felonies ranging from sexual assault and rape to child pornography possession and indecent exposure.
The best way for many accused defendants to avoid a lifetime of sex offender registration is to defeat charges by presenting an aggressive criminal defense. In addition to a life of lost privacy and a badge of shame, registration as a sex offender brings constant legal oversight and the potential for further criminal consequences should ...
New Florida PIP Insurance Law Requires Swift Action by Injury Victims
2012-08-05
When Florida citizens or visitors are involved in car accidents, boating accidents, truck accidents or other crashes that cause serious injuries, obtaining appropriate medical care should always be their first concern. But most every injured driver, passenger or motorcycle rider eventually wonders how they will pay for the losses they have suffered.
Personal injury claims are an important means of resolving disputes over who should pay and how much. In almost every case involving vehicles, a considerable share of damages is paid from insurance coverage, and a major recent ...

Protecting Your Business During a Divorce Takes Foresight, Planning
2012-08-05
Most everyone who gets married does not intend for that relationship to dissolve in the future. Unfortunately, divorce affects over half of married couples. Without foresight and a plan, family businesses may be sold wholesale or in part during divorce proceedings. It is imperative that business owners take legal precautions before they marry to protect their businesses in the otherwise unplanned event of divorce.
How Divorce Affects Your Business
When couples divorce, all marital property--the income and assets obtained during the marriage by either spouse--is split ...
What is This?! Consumers Befuddled by Foreclosure Review Letters
2012-08-05
As part of the settlement reached between the federal government and the 14 largest U.S. banks involved in wrongful foreclosures, a program was established to help homeowners obtain independent reviews of their cases. Depending on the extent of errors discovered, those wrongfully foreclosed upon could receive $500 to $125,000.
Under the consent orders issued by the Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve Board, and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), engagement letters were sent to affected homeowners to notify them about their rights and ...
Florida's Foreclosure Crisis Is Far From Over
2012-08-05
In the first half of 2012, the national foreclosure rate dropped by 11 percent. Unfortunately, Florida was not so lucky. RealtyTrac's 2012 mid-year report shows that Florida's foreclosure rate actually increased in all but two of the state's major metropolitan areas. Among the worst hit, Orlando foreclosures were up by 44 percent, the Tampa/St. Petersburg area saw a 47 percent jump while Tallahassee and the Melbourne/Titusville area each rose more than 130 percent.
Florida still has over one million distressed sales just waiting to come on the market. The state's foreclosure ...
