Hagerstown Podiatrist Offers Online Patient Education Resources

HAGERSTOWN, MD, August 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Daniel Michael, Hagerstown podiatrist, is excited to be featuring a patient education section on his practice's podiatric website. He hopes the educational information provided on the site will help to provide his patients with the knowledge necessary to maintain healthy feet and ankles.

"I am glad that our practice is able to provide educational information on our website. I strongly believe that the more educated a patient is, the better chance they have of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I hope that many of our patients will take some time to look through the patient education library and learn what they can from it," said Dr. Michaels, podiatrist in Frederick.

The patient education library offers a variety of information related to Hagerstown plantar fasciitis and other foot and ankle ailments. There is also information related to podiatry in general and when it is appropriate to visit Dr. Michaels' office. In addition, there is advice on how to pick out shoes that fit your feet correctly.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Michaels at his Hagerstown or Frederick office for Frederick heel pain or another foot issue, patients can either call (301) 797-8554 or use the online appointment request form. To do this, patients simply have to enter in the date, time and a few words on the nature of their appointment into the online form.
