Time to Sign Sports Confirms That Tucker Norton and George Capen have Committed to Continue Their Baseball Careers in College

Tucker Norton, a two-way left-handed pitcher and first baseman will take his talent to the state of North Carolina by committing to Elon University. George Capen, a right-handed pitcher and infielder will continue his baseball at Holy Cross.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, September 08, 2012 (Press-News.org) "When you see a 6'4", 240 pound lefty lefty who can hit bombs 400 feet and throw the ball 89 off the bump, it's hard not to get excited," says Berg Ohanian. Coach Ohanian, one of Time to Sign Sports founders, continues "we are thrilled for Tucker Norton, his family, and the Elon baseball program. This is a true win-win situation." Norton, had a strong summer of baseball and impressed the college community with his ability to be a legit two-way player at the Division 1 level. According to Gary Cohn, Time to Sign Sports other founder, "from the beginning, Tucker showed his focus to reach this goal. Elon was always his desire. That he is able to live out the dream at such a fine school and for great coaches is fantastic."

George Capen is a smooth throwing right-hand pitcher who can also provide some solid contributions in the infield. "George's growth in such a relatively short period of time is staggering. He is a student-athlete who will be throwing in the upper 80's when he puts on the Crusaders jersey," says Cohn. A student both in the classroom and on the field, Capen provides Holy Cross with several options as Capen could see infield time as well. Ohanian remarks, "when you meet George for the first time and watch him get after it on the baseball field or on the mound, you see a young man blessed with incredible talent, focus, and humility. Playing for Holy Cross is the perfect marriage."
