Delaware Dentist Uses Social Media To Communicate With Patients

DELAWARE, OH, September 09, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. John Sexton, Delaware dentist, is excited to be maintaining an online presence with his practice's Facebook and Twitter accounts and a detailed blog. He hopes that his patients will interact with his practice online by "liking" his Facebook page, following his practice on Twitter and reading the blog posts.

"I am glad that our practice is able to interact with our patients online with our Facebook and Twitter accounts. I know that many of our patients use these services on a daily basis and I'm glad that our practice has gotten involved with them. I hope that many of our patients continue to use Facebook and Twitter to communicate with our practice on the Internet," said Dr. Sexton, family dentist in Delaware.

Dr. Sexton and his staff have been using the Facebook page to post updates on the practice and helpful links related to dentistry. The page is also used to post fun facts and information that Dr. Sexton's patients will find interesting. Patients that "like" the page will also be able to post questions and comments on the page, which will generate a response from Dr. Sexton's staff as soon as possible afterword. Dr. Sexton's Twitter page is used in a similar way to the Facebook page.

Dr. Sexton and his staff are also maintaining a detailed dentistry blog. The blog features information on Delaware teeth whitening and a variety of other topics. The blog is designed to provide educational information to patients so that they possess the knowledge necessary to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
