SALT LAKE CITY, UT, September 29, 2012 (Press-News.org) We first learned about Software Media Express when their customers starting calling into our office (thinking we were them) and complaining about the products they purchased. They were very upset when they went to install their new software and realized it was not legitimate. I would have been furious too. The majority of these phone calls we received were on high end AutoCAD products with prices in the $3,000 to $4,000 range - not something to be taken lightly.
Our company, SoftwareMedia.com, tried over and over to contact someone at Software Media Express but never received any responses (the only contact info they had listed was an email address which they never responded to). We sent a court order, but they never showed up in court either. However, we did succeed in getting their hosting provider to take down their website so at least there wouldn't be any more honest customers getting scammed. About a month later we learned that they started a new website under a different name and we got that shut down as well.
Buying through software resellers is a great way to save money compared to buying direct. There are a lot of great software resellers out there, many of them selling legitimate software, and others - well, who knows what they're selling. My advice to customers is to make sure that whatever website you're buying from has contact information clearly displayed (such as a phone number and a physical address). Also look for credentials - however, please take these with a grain of salt. We've come across many resellers that put these images up on their website when they are not actually authorized. A good rule of thumb is to check the manufacturer website and search their partner page for the software reseller that you're considering buying from. Also, be sure to check out customer reviews.
At SoftwareMedia.com, we stand by our products 100% and we don't sell anything we're not authorized for. If you're unsatisfied or changed your mind about a product, we have a 60 day return policy and will even pay for the return shipping. We may not always be the lowest rock-bottom price, but we are priced very competitively against the genuine competition.
To all of Software Media Express customers: we wish you the best of luck in getting your money back and I'm sorry that there wasn't anything else we could do to help you. If anyone has any information on Software Media Express, please feel free to contact me.
www.SoftwareMedia.com has been providing customers and businesses with discount software since 1997.

The Scope of the Problem
It's unknown just how widespread the problem of malnutrition is among nursing home residents. A 2000 research review cited ...
