Mystery Quest Competition Planned to Air at Golden Riviera Casino

The well-known casino leaks out important competition news.

2010-10-09
TA XBIEX, MALTA, October 09, 2010 (Press-News.org) On Thursday, online casino Golden Riviera announced that it will be releasing details on a brand-new competition in its French Riviera-themed casino lobby. For now all that is known is that the competition will be running for 4 weeks and that the starting date will be Monday 11th May 2010. The casino was reluctant to share further information on the details of the competition. We were however successful in contacting a representative from the casino, who disclosed to us that the competition will be based on the casino's newest video slot, and that due to legalities, the brand name of the new video slot could not be published as of yet. All we can say is that the slot to be utilized for the competition involves fantastical characters, with pointy ears, small children-like heroes, men, colossal elephants, wizards and an evil force to the east, and of course an evil ring.

The representative, who we cannot name due to fears of expulsion, also said that online casino players will have to complete a similar quest as in the game's narrative in four weeks during which time they will have to collect 9 coins each week (a total of 36 coins for the duration of the competition) to have a shot at the prize pool of $9000. The representative also said that players will also receive 10 Free Spins for every coin they collect during their journey, even if they are unable to collect them all.

"The Mystery Quest will be available only to players who Play
and Download Golden Riviera Casino", said the casino's employee, and additionally that, "The competition ends on Sunday, 7th of November."

Proposed Bill May Help Alleviate Medicare Headache

2010-10-09
One of the many headaches associated with Medicare may soon be coming to an end. This past March, a bill was proposed in the House of Representatives that would make the process of reimbursing Medicare for health care expenses paid by a secondary source more efficient. This means that victims of personal injury would no longer have to wait for Medicare to send its reimbursement claim before they can be compensated after a judgment or settlement. Currently, if a person is injured in an accident and Medicare pays for his or her medical expenses, the individual will be ...

How Property is Allocated Upon Divorce Under Florida Law

How Property is Allocated Upon Divorce Under Florida Law
2010-10-09
In Florida, the property and debt distribution issues raised during a divorce are often settled between the parties in a marital settlement agreement. When parties are unable to reach an agreement, however, a Florida court must step in to divide a couple's assets and liabilities. Even though many property settlements are hammered out outside the courtroom, the factors judges use in dividing property affect the relative strength of each side's bargaining position. Accordingly, understanding how a court allocates property upon the dissolution of a marriage is essential for ...

Large-Truck Accidents and Liability

2010-10-09
According to truckinjuries.com, one out of every eight traffic-related deaths involves large commercial trucks. The number of fatal crashes rose by ten percent in a recent ten-year period. Since trucks are both larger and heavier than other vehicles on the road, drivers and passengers of smaller vehicles such as cars, SUVs and motorcycles account for 77 percent of those injured and 86 percent of those killed in collisions involving large trucks. Large-Truck Crash Causation Study (LTCCS) The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Federal Motor Carrier ...

DUI and License Suspension in PA

2010-10-09
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation website, Act 24 was signed in September 2003, lowering the state's legal limit of blood alcohol concentration (BAC) for a DUI from .10 to .08. As reported on padui.org, in-state alcohol related crashes and fatalities decreased from 2007 to 2008, and were the second lowest totals in the prior consecutive five years. Thus, it is apparent that Pennsylvania continues to take an aggressive posture toward the prevention of drinking and driving, including the widespread use of sobriety checkpoints and saturation patrols. ...

RECA and Compensating Navajo Nation Uranium Miners

2010-10-09
While Congress considers amendments to the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) proposed by U.S. Representative Tom Udall earlier this year, which would specifically allow compensation to workers exposed after 1971, make qualification for benefits easier to obtain, incorporate additional exposure testing and apply to those exposed to fallout from nuclear testing in more geographical areas, additional RECA coverage efforts are in the works. One movement seeks to expand RECA to cover members of the Navajo Nation who were workers or children of workers in the uranium ...
