Painted Axe Art Exhibit Opens Nov. 1 in Indianapolis

A new art exhibition featuring the works of Painted Axe will be opening Nov. 1 at the Indiana Artists space in Chase Tower, downtown Indianapolis.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, October 31, 2012 (Press-News.org) A new art exhibition featuring the works of Painted Axe will be opening Nov. 1 at the Indiana Artists space in Chase Tower, downtown Indianapolis.

The exhibition includes custom-painted guitars - electric, acoustic and bass - from Michael Gauf, owner/artisan of Painted Axe. All the guitars in the exhibit are rescued, restored and reconditioned. All are for sale and in working order, come with a gig bag and are ready to play.

Painted Axe, an Indianapolis-based company, custom paints guitars and gear for special events and festivals to musicians and autograph collectors. Clients include John Lee Hooker Jr., Ronny North, Kerri Kelli, Jay Goldberg Events, Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise. King Biscuit Blues Festival, Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival and more.
