REYNOLDSBURG, OH, November 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Canvas Stretching Machine, LLC announced a program that offers existing customers the opportunity to have their older model machines rebuilt to the same standard as this years model - Canvas-Stretching-Machine.com.
"Our machines have evolved over the past 5 years. We have designed our own extruded angle bar, fortified the machine for high-production facilities and developed new adjustable stretcher plates that simplify the stretching process, these features are now available to those customers with older machines," says Canvas Stretching Machine co-founder Greg Moulin.
"The Gallery Stretchers we produce are the fastest and most efficient canvas stretching machines on the market, built specifically to withstand the rigors of a high-production facility," says Dave Weaver, Canvas Stretching Machine co-founder.
The concept of rebuilding older machines was born from the idea that there is always room for improvement in design and operation of any machine. Some of the design changes were made to fortify the frame to withstand the relentless pounding endured in a high-production print shop. Some print shops produce upwards of 4000 stretches per month, many of these shops operate in 12 hour shifts. Many of the design changes were implemented shortly after touring some of their larger accounts. When Canvas Stretching Machine found that the existing angle bar "slipped" after several thousand stretches they designed their own custom extruded angle bar that conformed to the shape of the gripping bar.
Canvas Stretching Machine (canvas-stretching-machine.com) anticipates rebuilding many of the older machines manufactured prior to 2011 over the next few years.

Parents Not Good Role Models When It Comes to Texting While Driving
2012-11-15
Many people may believe that texting while driving is harmless, but Chicago-area parents should be aware of the fact that they are most likely passing on this bad habit to their children.
