BOCA RATON, FL, November 20, 2012 (Press-News.org) Development Capital Group, Inc. (OTCQB: DLPM) a Florida corporation announced in March of this year that the Depository Trust Company (DTC) has granted the company eligibility status after its go public direct transaction. DLPM became public through a direct public offering registering its common shares with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Brenda Hamilton and Hamilton & Associates oversaw the legal and SEC compliance for the company during the going public process. DTC Eligibility enables ownership of the company's shares to be transferred electronically by the DTC.
