"We hope that the Chili Cook-off will add a little heat to the cold winter weather and serve as a chance for our students to showcase their cooking skills in a friendly competition," said Chef Jeffrey Bane, campus president and dean of culinary education for The Chef's Academy in Morrisville. "We invite the community to sample delicious varieties of a comfort food favorite and watch our students battle it out for the title of The Chef's Academy's Chili Champion."
