CHICAGO, IL, February 06, 2013 (Press-News.org) Since 1981, Dr. James Lavell, podiatrist in Chicago, IL, has been practicing podiatry in Chicago's North Center area. With 31 years of experience, Dr. Lavell provides patients with the best in available foot and ankle health care.

"As I look back on my 31 years as a podiatrist, I can honestly say I still love my job. It truly is an honor to help my patients remain healthy and happy by eliminating foot and ankle pain. Dr. James Lavell, Chicago podiatrist, graduated from Medical School at the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981 with his DPM. He went on to work in various hospitals beginning with Thorek Hospital, followed by Saint Joseph Hospital and Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital. Through his extensive education and training, Dr. Lavell continues to improve the availability of exceptional foot and ankle health care.

To this day, Dr. Lavell, podiatrist in Chicago, maintains affiliations with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, International College of Podiatric Laser Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Podiatric Medical Association, and Illinoi Podiatric Medical Association. In addition, he continues to take many hours of continuing education each year to stay current in all fields of podiatry and technology.

Dr. Lavell graduated from the Illinois College Podiatric Medicine in 1981 and has maintained hospital affiliations since 1983.
