NEW BERN, NC, February 23, 2013 (Press-News.org) Fairfield Harbour (www.fhpoa.com), a residential boating and golf community located 15 minutes from historic New Bern, has released a podcast that provides an in-depth look into the recent growth, community service and enhancements that have taken place within the community under the leadership of Mystre' Van Horn, on-site community manager. Van Horn was recently named of the top 10 on-site community managers in the United States by The Council of Community Association Professionals (CCAP). In the podcast, she discusses the Fairfield Harbour's local involvements throughout Craven County, the growth in the community that is expected in 2013, and accomplishments and improvements that have taken place since she began working with Fairfield Harbour in 2011, most notably the recently developed emergency response plan, which has been adopted and used as a template by communities across the country.
