DENVER, CO, March 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) It's been one year since the grand opening of Campanile Plastic Surgery in Southeast Denver, and Dr. Frank Campanile (http://www.campanileplasticsurgery.com) couldn't be more pleased.
"We've received quite a warm welcome from the community, and I'm honored to have been able to help so many men and women in our first year at our new location," says Dr. Campanile. "From the continued testimonials of our past patients to an expanding new client list, the community support has just been incredible."
Dr. Campanile has over 15 years of surgical experience. Born in Italy and raised in Montreal, Canada, Dr. Campanile was an honors student throughout his medical training. A Denver plastic surgeon who has earned board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he maintains several active memberships in medical organizations and professional associations, both locally and nationally.
"It's important to me to remain involved within my profession," explains Dr. Campanile. "I attend professional seminars whenever my schedule allows, to find ways of incorporating the latest advances in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery into my practice. There are so many exciting changes on the horizon."
Dr. Campanile offers several different surgical and nonsurgical procedures at his Denver practice, including breast augmentation and other breast enhancement surgeries, body contouring, dermal fillers and medical-grade skin care. Many patients combine procedures for more comprehensive results.
Dr. Campanile is the pioneer of a new method of abdominoplasty in Denver, the C.L.A.S.S. tummy tuck, which incorporates the body contouring techniques of liposuction with the convenience of drain-free recovery. Recovery time is improved over traditional abdominoplasty methods, and patients are happier with the results.
"Including lipo during the abdominoplasty procedure can make a huge difference," says Dr. Campanile. "As a result, the final contours that can be achieved by combining both techniques at once are really superior to traditional abdominoplasty techniques."
A self-proclaimed perfectionist, Dr. Campanile invests himself entirely in all his pursuits, whether professional or personal. He's committed to the active, outdoors lifestyle that Denver has to offer. And, in addition to medicine, his passions include a love for art and travel; these aesthetic influences are clearly apparent in his cosmetic surgery results.
"I only consider my procedures a success when surgery meets artistry. Above all, I consider it my job to help my patients reach their appearance goals," he says. "And since every patient has unique needs, my commitment is to ensure that each patient receives 100 percent customized care."
Campanile Plastic Surgery (http://www.campanileplasticsurgery.com) was founded in Denver by Dr. Frank Campanile, a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who has over 15 years of plastic surgery experience. Dr. Campanile completed advanced training in hand and microsurgery and is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Lee Memorial Health Systems. The practice specializes in breast and body contouring, including procedures such as breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Patients of the practice also can benefit from some of the latest medical spa procedures, such as BOTOX Cosmetic and dermal fillers.

Which is the Cheapest Flooring - Wood or Vinyl?
2013-03-22
Now the answer to this question may seem obvious. The initial cost of wood flooring is a great deal higher than the cost of vinyl flooring - but the answer isn't quite as simple as this, as we will see.
Vinyl flooring is now an extremely popular choice both for homeowners and for high footfall public buildings. It is cost effective, durable and versatile. If fitted well and fully sealed, it is waterproof, wipe-clean and totally washable. Wood flooring, on the other hand, is not waterproof and both spillages and humidity can cause damage. Wood flooring is more difficult ...

Supreme Court to rule on requirement of warrant for DWI blood tests
If you are pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI), is it necessary for the police officer to get a warrant to force you to take a blood test? The United States Supreme Court recently heard oral arguments in a case that will decide this very issue, Missouri v. McNeely.
What happened in the case?
The case arose when Tyler McNeely was pulled over for speeding in October 2010 near Cape Girardeau, Missouri. During the course of the stop, the highway patrol officer found reason to ...

Do-it-yourself estate planning sites (DIY's): Are they a good idea?
You may have seen advertisements from LegalZoom, Nolo and Rocket Lawyer for estate-planning assistance. However, if you are interested in creating a will, trust, power of attorney or other legal instrument, you should think twice before taking an online shortcut. While these services can be beneficial, they may not fully address your legal needs. This is especially true if you have a large and complex estate, multiple small assets or more than one heir.

Contested adoptions in Minnesota
Not every parent that has a child is able to provide that child with the care that he or she needs. Maybe the parents had problems with drugs or alcohol, mental health difficulties that prevented them from parenting safely; or were too young to handle the responsibilities of being a parent. In some of these situations, a family member may step in and raise the child for the parents either on an unofficial or a legally recognized basis.
In some situations, however, a child may be placed in foster care, and ultimately may become available ...

"Smart features" on cars can assist senior drivers
Thanks to advances in medicine and people taking better care of themselves, more people are living longer and are remaining active than ever before. As people age, however, they can lose some of the physical abilities they had when they were younger, and this can have an impact on how they perform daily activities such as driving. Senior drivers should be aware of "smart features" available on vehicles that can assist them in being safer drivers.

Florida legislators considering texting ban again
The dangers of texting while behind the wheel have been well documented, leading most states to adopt texting while driving bans to protect motorists on the road. Florida is now one of only five states in the country without legislation prohibiting this dangerous behavior. Despite repeated attempts in the legislature to pass such a law, Floridians are still legally allowed to send text messages while driving.
Some members of the Florida legislature have taken a renewed look at banning texting while driving this year. ...

Bill seeks to alter Arizona bankruptcy exemptions
From start to finish, much of the bankruptcy process is governed exclusively by federal law. However, when it comes to bankruptcy exemptions - which is property that the debtor is able to keep since it is "exempt" from the bankruptcy estate - the federal bankruptcy code expressly permits each individual state to opt-out of the federal exemptions and create their own, which Arizona has done.
Consequently, those filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Arizona have a wide variety of exemptions at their disposal. For ...
The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and Custody Judgments for Deployed Servicemembers
2013-03-22
Many military members are concerned about their custodial rights if he/she is deployed or otherwise unable to participate in a court custody action because of military responsibilities. Federal Law provides some protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). This law is designed to protect the military member from a court issuing a custody judgment when the member is unable to defend himself because of military responsibilities. The SCRA not only provides for the appointment of counsel while the member is unavailable, but also for a stay of proceedings until ...

2013-03-22
Specifying new Class 8 trucks with the latest technology requires hundreds of decisions about everything from the impact of new technology on preventive maintenance programs to the choice of components that will make the vehicle driver-friendly. One great resource for this complex decision-making is the local truck dealer, while another is a third-party service provider who can help get the specs right, said Jim Sweeney, Vice President of Capital Equipment for AmeriQuest Transportation Services in a blog posting.
