Brain Relativity Answers the Problems of Language Evolution

It is impossible to evolve a tooth pick! It is however realistic to expect trees to evolve. It is just as impossible to evolve language universals and grammar! On the other hand it is very possible to evolve Brain Relativity.

Brain Relativity Answers the Problems of Language Evolution
2013-03-24
RIVERVIEW, NB, March 24, 2013 (Press-News.org) Language universals are due to "brain relativity" and have little to do with different languages evolving with the same structures independently. According to the theory of relativity both space and time are relative to one another. Relativity predicts that when brains arise they will be automatically wired in the relativity of space/time in order to navigate the world in which these brains exist. You need to, within a time frame of now, see things as now and in the order of their happenings. The brain sees things in relative space/time terms!

This predicts that when language arises that it too will be ordered in terms of space/time relativity. It goes from Einstein's relativity theory, to a theory of "brain relativity" straight into language relativity: ordered structure! This ordered structure is cover in chapter two of the book Tilogos: A Treatise on the Origins and Evolution of Language. It is the first and only book that postulates a fully developed theory on the evolution of language by author Sherman P. Bastarache.

Space is static and consists of tangible objects such as trees, rocks, animals, air... and is characterized by names or nouns. Time is dynamic, flowing form past, present and into the future, ergo; it is movable and characterized by verbs or actions. This is the reason that language universals are NV oriented and this best fits Chomsky's observations.

Tilogos answers the question of how humans became endowed with our current form of speech, derived from our former mode of communication, namely our calls, cries, and other sounds. In this respect it is an original work of historical importance.

Tilogos is available on any online book source universally and in eBook format, hard cover and paperback versions.

The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over expecting a different result. The problems of language will only get solved by doing something different!

2013-03-24
Take steps to prevent dangerous NY crane accidents Earlier this year, a large crane being used to construct a building in Queens collapsed. Seven construction workers sustained personal injuries in the accident. Both the crane operator and the contractor received citations as a result of the Queens crane accident. Buildings Department officials reported that the contractor was responsible for failing to properly ...

Longshore and harbor workers have rights when injured on the job

2013-03-24
Longshore and harbor workers have rights when injured on the job In 1927 Congress passed the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, a comprehensive workers' compensation system for those who are injured while working near navigable waters. Lawmakers recognized that some maritime workers who were injured were falling through the cracks. They did not meet the definition of "seamen" for purposes of filing claims under the Jones Act and also did not qualify for benefits under the various states' workers' compensation systems. Those who work in the maritime ...

Physically active health-care providers more likely to give physical activity counseling

2013-03-23

Nerve mapping technology improves surgery for compressed nerves

2013-03-23
DETROIT – Nerve mapping technology allows surgeons to determine whether surgery has been effective for relieving pressure from compressed nerves, which often function poorly and cause sciatica or pain and weakness in muscles supplied by the nerve. In a small study involving 42 patients at Henry Ford Hospital, lead author and orthopaedic surgeon Stephen Bartol, M.D., says that mechanomyography, or MMG, is effective with measuring nerve function and determining whether nerves are compressed. MMG, which functions by detecting muscle movement and sending real-time alerts ...
