The Provider 680 to 790 bridge software and Provider 790 networked applications run on a facility's LAN giving staff access to this new functionality from any Windows computer on the network. - Whiteboard View - a list of all rooms/beds within a specific Unit showing all information and events associated with the room/bed including patient information, call activity, assigned caregivers, service requests, and caregivers present
- Map View - a graphical floor view of call activity, staff presence and service requirements

Patient Call Activity and Staff Response Monitoring and Reporting through Executive Information System (EIS)
From any computer on the facility's LAN, administrators and managers can access the Jeron EIS software to generate reports that detail staff response to patient calls from across the facility, within a specific unit or down to an individual patient room. Users can also generate reports to spot trends in staff response times, track staff activity or monitor a sequence of interactions with an individual patient. Reports can be generated on the fly or scheduled for automatic email delivery to keep fresh data in front of manager.

Automatic Voice-Prompt Overhead Paging
Emergency events, such as Code, Bed Exit, and Bath Emergency can automatically voice announce over the public address system within the nursing unit or throughout the facility to alert caregivers and teams. The automated page voice prompt includes the room number, call priority, and instructions.

LAN-Based Staff to Patient Assignments
From any Windows computer on the LAN, managers can oversee staff to patient assignments and create custom response teams to higher priority calls such as Code and Bath Emergency. Calls from patients automatically route to the caregiver's wireless device (SIP Phone or Pocket pager) while overtime calls automatically route to backup team members.
