The technicians passed through several practical experiments and roll plays, including all the steps and measures to be taken by the Service advisers and the technicians alike to better serve the customers. Winners in this local competition are qualified to participate in the NISAC and NISTEC regional competitions in Dubai, in addition to receiving a certificate from Nissan Jordan.
Commenting on there constructive contests, CEO of BSTC Imad Bustami said: "Nissan Jordan aims, among other things, at improving and promoting the Company's performance to best serve our customers, taking into consideration their opinions and proposals, through holding training courses and, in this particular regard, be on par with international standards".
Director of Technical Training & Service Department from Nissan regional offices, Mr. Kenichi Hosoda and the Assistant Training Manager, Mr. Osama Abdellatif, both attended the competition activities. Winner of the first place in NISTEC competition was Mr. Abdullah Kittaneh, the second place winner, Eng. Saif Qutaishat, and in the third place was Mr. Nidal Khatib. As for NISAC competition the winners were: Mrs. Hiba Khattab, in the first place, Mr. Jihad Nusaibeh in the second, and Mr. Bashar Ayyash in the third place.
