COPENHAGEN, DENMARK, June 08, 2013 (Press-News.org) The support of 4G/LTE connectivity came as a pleasant surprise when Apple released its iPhone 5 in September 2012. However, once the phone was shipped to Denmark, Danish users where unable to use the 4G/LTE features with the current Danish 4G/LTE Network, due to the need of a software update. On the 28th January the long awaited iOS 6.1 finally came to Denmark and unlocked this feature not only for iPhone, but also to iPad Retina users!
"Many of 3's customers have an iPhone 5 or an iPad Retina, and we are very happy to announce that now they will be able to take full advantage of the 4G/LTE network. 3, today have 4G/LTE coverage in almost 70 cities across Denmark and we are fully focused on further strengthening our coverage. According to an independent market research, conducted on behalf of 3, majority of Danes perceive 3 as being leader in the 4G/LTE connectivity and this is why for us it is especially important to meet the demand of our customers for high speeds," said David Elsass, CRM and Marketing for the Resedential Market in 3.
3's customers are the most data consuming among all Danes and with 4G/LTE, they can now enjoy streaming music, TV and HD movies with the same quality as with the ADSL connection.
Apple's products support 4G/LTE in the 1800 band and currently only 2 companies in Denmark are offering this such connectivity - 3 and Telia. Currently, 3 is also the only telecommunications company in Denmark that sells Apple iPads.
3 in Denmark is a brand under the company Hi3G Access, which also has 3G and 4G/LTE license in Sweden.

According to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, the minimum age for becoming an adoptive parent is 18. Single or married people are legally able to adopt. It is not necessary to be a homeowner.
One of the commonly held myths about adoption is that a prospective adoptive parent has to demonstrate near-perfection ...
On Your Best Behavior: How Should You Act In Family Court?
2013-06-08
You are preparing to go to court with your attorney. What should you wear? How should you address the judge? Should you bring your children to court?
It surprises some of our clients to learn that the answers to these questions are important, as their behavior in court can affect their family law cases. "Isn't the justice system impartial?" they ask.
As long as there are humans on the bench and decisions to make that can affect lives, there will be some partiality. For example, if a judge must determine child custody/conservatorship, he or she will need ...

When is an at-work injury covered by workers' comp?
2013-06-08
The Colorado Industrial Claim Appeals Panel recently reviewed a worker's compensation case in which it had to decide whether an employee injured while at work was entitled to workers' comp benefits. This case raises an interesting question: when is an on-the-job injury not covered under Colorado's workers' compensation law?
"Workplace injury"
To be compensable under Colorado workers' compensation law, an injury sustained while at work must be a "workplace injury." A "workplace injury" is one that occurs both in the course of employment ...
Report: Economy improves, highway deaths rise
2013-06-08
You may have noticed that roads in Cincinnati, Hamilton County and northern Kentucky have become more congested over the last year and this is likely to be due to the fact that the economy is showing signs of improvement. Jobs are slowly opening up, lay-offs are dropping, and people's confidence is improving, encouraging them to take trips and enjoy life a little more.
However, as the roads become busier, the risk of being involved in a serious car accident rises. This is not unexpected according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Preliminary estimates ...

Lower alcohol limit for Massachusetts OUI: probably not any time soon
2013-06-08
Each state has the authority to write and enforce its own criminal laws; however, this does not mean that the Federal government cannot make recommendations and push states to make changes. In May, the National Transportation Safety Board recommended that states should lower the legal blood-alcohol limit from .08 to .05.
A change in Massachusetts DUI/OUI law would require state action and the issue is not currently on the Massachusetts legislature's agenda. State senators and local law enforcement have stated that the idea needs further review. Any change will take time, ...

2013-06-08
Michael Douglas' media-grabbing comments blaming his throat cancer on Human Papillomavirus (HPV) contracted during oral sex brought some much-needed attention to the epidemic of HPV infection in the United States. Men's Health Network (MHN) hopes that Douglas' statements will also get parents, healthcare practitioners, and legislators to recommend that boys and young men get the HPV vaccine. Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved the HPV vaccine for males, the vast majority of them have not been vaccinated--and that leaves them and those they ...
