Attorneys in the group provide a full range of legal services to franchisors and franchisees. Services include drafting franchise agreements, preparing the Federal Trade Commission mandated Franchise Disclosure Documents, registering franchisors to offer franchises in those states which require registration, litigating and arbitrating franchise disputes and negotiating supply agreements.
