TORONTO, CANADA, November 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) The City of Mississauga has partnered with Biddingo.com, Canada's leading electronic tendering solutions provider. Mississauga's continuous effort to be open, fair and transparent has led the City to move forward and utilize the most effective and efficient method to advertise and distribute bid documents - Biddingo.com.
