VOORHEES, NJ, August 28, 2010 (Press-News.org) E3 Consulting Partners, Inc, has been engaged to implement Microsoft CRM applications at Bowie State University and the Lt. Governor's Office of the State of PA.
E3 Consulting Partners, Inc. will roll out a custom built Student Tracking and Retention System, STARS, for Bowie State University, BSU, using the Microsoft CRM platform. The STARS system was created to increase engagement between students and university staff to increase the student retention and graduation rates at the university. The BSU STARS programs will be piloted within the School of Nursing and then rolled campus wide to all departments.
Historically, Microsoft Customer Relationship Management software has been used by businesses to maintain and track the customer relationship model. By applying the title of "client" to a university student, the application of Microsoft CRM in the STARS program is clear. An ability to inform a student of their progress mid semester instead of at the end will help improve the overall success of the student leading to a better chance of graduating on time and remaining interested in attaining an advanced degree.
Also this month, E3 Consulting Partners, Inc. was contracted by the Pennsylvania State Lieutenant Governor's Office to kick of their new Microsoft CRM programs, intended to improve the process by which applications for pardons are adjudicated and processed.
"The applications of this system are endless," says Brad Tornberg, principal at E3 Consulting Partners, Inc. "There is no industry that cannot make use of it to streamline their client relationship tracking."
E3 Consulting, Inc. works with clients within New York City, New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania analyzing and improving business processes with the latest in technology, software and tools. They are a Certified Microsoft Partner and offer management training as well as partnering to ensure the ongoing success of their clients' businesses.
