New Company Takes on Established Employment Agency Practices

Good Pay Low Rates is a new company with pay and billing policies that are unique in the contract employment industry, paying contractors 90% of the client bill rate.

2010-08-28
TEMPE, AZ, August 28, 2010 (Press-News.org) Good Pay Low Rates - Long time employment consultant Jeff Stevenson has formed a new company to compete with established employment contracting agencies.

"For years, I have seen employment contracting agencies take huge markups on contractors' pay rates. Agencies justify those markups by allowing their clients to take weeks and even months to pay," said Managing Director, Jeff Stevenson. "This works out fine for clients who need to take months to pay, but for many, many companies this methodology only creates extra costs."

"We set up Good Pay Low Rates to work with clients who can pay their bills in a timely manner. We bill the clients weekly and pay our contractors after we get paid. This cuts way back on accounting and finance expenses. We pass the savings on to our clients. We also pay our contractors better than just about anywhere else they can go. We actually pay our contractors 90% of the client bill rate. This is unheard of in the industry."

Stevenson continues, "We also share the billing and pay rates with both our clients and contractors. We know that open and honest interactions are the best way to earn the respect and trust of our clients and contractors so we can work with them in the long term. With such low markups, the only way we make money is to work in the long-term. We post all this information in the public area of our website. http://www.goodpaylowrates.com ."

Good Pay Low Rates is a new kind of contracting company that puts client and contractor satisfaction ahead of profits. Good Pay + Low Rates = High Quality. Http://www.goodpaylowrates.com
