2011-01-07
BALTIMORE, MD, January 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Dan Simmons, CPC of Continental Search and Outplacement, Inc. and Jim Hipskind, the swine and poultry recruiter for CSO, will be joining other recruiting professionals for the first of three roundtable events in 2011. The Round Table Leadership Forum meets throughout the year to discuss industry trends and best practices. The meeting will be on January 7th in Dallas, Texas.

Since 2003, this select group of recruiters has been meeting as part of the roundtable group, with CSO's Daniel Simmons being one of the founding members. While the meeting topics vary in nature, this meeting focuses on hiring trends for 2011. The group will be doing an overview of the type of candidates searching for work, pinpointing companies that are recruiting and what positions are "hot" in the different industries represented at the roundtable. A comprehensive review of these areas will give each industry recruiter insight into different business models as they continually improve upon their current business plans in the New Year.
