DIG Coaching Practice presents "Moving Forward in an ADHD Relationship: What You Need to Know" on Attention Talk Radio. Host and attention coach, Jeff Copper, talks with special guest Melissa Orlov, who is an expert in helping married couples whose relationships are impacted by attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). The discussion covers the challenges facing married couples when one or both of them has ADHD and reveals how they can get past defensiveness and denial and become happier in their relationship.

Melissa Orlov has real life experience with this issue. It was turning around her own marriage to a man with ADHD that inspired her to take five years to study the complexity and problems often present in ADHD-impacted relationships and help others be equally successful. Now a marriage consultant and the author of The ADHD Effect on Marriage, she has helped thousands to turn around their marriages for the better. She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College with a background in advertising, marketing, and market research. It was in that career that she gained useful skills to integrate complex information and then communicate the results. Melissa blogs for Psychology Today and writes the "Your Relationships" column for ADDitude Magazine. She was also a contributor to Married to Distraction by Ned and Sue Hallowell, She has been interviewed on the topic of ADHD and marriage by the New York Times, Today, US News and World Report, CNN, CBS, AOL, and many others. She and her husband have been married for more than twenty years.
