NAPLES, FL, February 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Few years ago Scott suffered from an unfortunate auto-accident that completely changed his life forever. Way back in 1991, his left foot got severely damaged due to multiple fractures which made him exposed to a permanent nerve damage and deformity. This precisely affected common peroneal nerve. The result was a severe dysfunction in the foot all at the age of 19.
Even though the damage was intense, Scott thought himself to be fortunate to be living. He had multiple fractures on the left foot and ankle; he was relieved that the damage did not affect his head. He stayed at a local rehabilitation center for about 2 years after the incident took place. At the center, he met several such people whose normal life had been disrupted due to such disastrous catastrophe. There were some others too who had suffered from such ailments at some point in their lives. Scott used to pray for himself and all those present with him, most of whom were abandoned by their families. Later on he got himself under the knife that would keep the tendons aligned and the foot in correct position.
The foot and leg surgery brought in a new lease of life for him. He seemed to manage well for sometime though. This gave him some confidence and ability to get well soon. However, the harsh weather conditions in Austria, made things rather worse for him. The ice cold temperature made his feet to swell and appear frozen. This provided him with utter discomfort which was extremely painful for him as the feet felt numb at all times. It was at this time that he decided to move to Naples Florida, with an attempt to reside in the sunny and pleasant climate of the state.
Scott took up a job in the air-conditioning field. Given his physical conditions, the work took a major toll on his health. The terrible atmosphere like hot attics, dirt, dust, ladder climbing and more proved to be dangerous for his state. But Scott was a fighter ever since the unfortunate incident which almost took place in his life. This made him immensely stronger such that he can now withstand extremely tough conditions quite remarkably. He remarked, "I already survived an almost fatal car accident and no matter how hard it gets I will survive future events somehow."
Scott heard about a Dr. Kevin Lam in town who helped his friend after an auto accident regain his life. It was in the expert guidance of Dr. Kevin Lam of Naples did Scott finally obtain a savior. His expertise surpassed all treatments that Scott had undergone so far. The doctor was immensely patient in dealing with the condition of his damaged foot. The center is known as the Family Foot and Leg Center, an incredible healthcare center with some of the most advanced facilities available. This is in contrary to other such service providers that had proved to be of simply no assistance for Scott. He underwent a surgery under Dr. Kevin Lam at a local hospital's outpatient unit. The process was simple and yet so very effective. He is extremely grateful to the team at the center for the care and support that they provided. This ended his long strife and battle from the immense pain and suffering that he had over the years.
Scott obtained the best medical / surgical treatment and care that was simply unbelievable. He is all praises for Dr. Kevin Lam and his incredible team of surgeons at the Family Foot and Leg Center. He is now able to work without any pain and has a new lease on life. He even recently started in a martial arts program, now that he has a fully functional foot without the pain and agony at every step. Scott moved to Naples for a better climate, he did not know the move would also give him a new foot.
