This new Open264-SD enables higher channel loading per CPU by optimizing memory bandwidth and can decode up to 64 channels of D1 resolution video simultaneously.
Open264-SD is a H.264/AVC video decoding codec optimized for multi-channel video decoding such as DVR (Digital Video Recorder), Video Wall, CMS (Central Management Software) and VMS (Video Management Solution). Open264-SD optimizes memory bandwidth usage and utilize multi-core CPU structures to enable higher performance and can simultaneously decode up to 64 channels of D1 (720x480) resolution on i7 CPU.
