Attorney Ryan J. McCarty Joins Gallop as Business Litigator in St. Louis

Mr. McCarty Focuses His Law Practice on Banking and Financial Services Litigation

ST. LOUIS, MO, April 13, 2011 (Press-News.org) Ryan J. McCarty has joined Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C. as an Associate in the Business Litigation Department as the Firm's business litigation services continue to expand to meet clients' needs. In addition to general business and commercial litigation, Mr. McCarty has extensive experience in banking, financial services, and credit-related litigation. He has defended numerous banking institutions facing claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth in Lending Act, and the related common law claims associated with these actions. Mr. McCarty also has significant experience in product liability suits, class actions, commercial transactions, landlord-tenant, and general commercial litigation.
