The Breath~Body~Mind teachings developed by Drs. Brown and Gerbarg are a unique fusion of ancient and modern mind-body approaches derived from Qi Gong, yoga, Christian monks, Coherent Breathing, Open Focus Meditation, and martial arts. The workshop is from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at Beltrone Living Center, Six Winners Circle, Albany, NY 12205. The $50 course includes a light breakfast and lunch.
