A Princeton University and Columbia Law School Graduate, Arthur concentrates in the areas of personal injury, business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate in NJ. This Committee advises the New Jersey Supreme Court on rule changes needed to ensure gender equity for women as attorneys, litigators, judges and other personnel in the New Jersey courts. In addition to having been a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association for six years, Lynn is a past Chair of the Individual Rights and Women in the Profession Sections and the Consumer Law Committee of the Association. She is on the Board of Directors of the Women in Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Lynn also served as President of the Middlesex County Bar Association (2007-08). She also served as a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation.
