200 Orphanages Worldwide helps its partner orphanages raise funds for building projects to better serve orphans in their care. It connects those who have the heart and the means to help orphans in need. Over the last three years, 200 Orphanages has helped provide safety and shelter for orphans in Rwanda, Uganda, Haiti, Cameroon and Tanzania. "From security walls to fences, and from outdoor kitchens and latrines to updated dormitories our supporters have made an impact," Hanson said.

This year, donors have fulfilled the first round of fund raising for the Angel of Mercy Home for Children in Cameroon. "We look forward to breaking ground this fall," Hanson said. "The home will house 12 HIV/AIDS orphans by next year. By the end of the year, we hope to identify more supporters, donors and investors for a 2,500 square foot home for 10 orphans in India. The needs are endless. We can't do it all, but we can all do something."
