McDonald's twenty-plus years of leadership experience running large aerospace companies,operation roles, as well as developing and commercialization energy products enabled him to play a pivotal role in The TechnoWise Group's growth and expansion. In his time with the TechnoWise Group he has built a strong organization with industry experts, delivered state of the art products, ramped up productions and added a new facility to house its engineering operations.

Don McDonald holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo where he was awarded multiple fellowships in advanced technology development.
