St. Louis Truck Accident Attorney Daniel P. Finney, Jr., Selected to ASLA

Finney was selected for membership into the American Society of Legal Advocates for his specialty in personal injury cases.

2012-12-10
ST. LOUIS, MO, December 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) St. Louis, Missouri Auto Accident Attorney Daniel P. Finney, Jr., of the Finney Law Office, LLC, has been selected to the American Society of Legal Advocates. Finney is known for his tireless work representing victims of car accidents, trucking accidents, medical negligence and other personal injury claims.

The American Society of Legal Advocates limits their selection to less than 2% of all attorneys nationwide. ASLA membership is by invitation only and seeks to select attorneys from all practice areas. Finney was chosen for his specialty in litigating personal injury cases.

"I am honored that the ASLA has selected me for their membership. Their goal of engaging exceptional attorneys around the country is something I believe in as well," Finney noted.

Finney first opened the doors to Finney Law Office, LLC, back in 1981. The firm was first located in downtown St. Louis and then moved to Richmond Heights, Missouri. Richmond Heights is a suburb located less than 5 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The move was facilitated to make access to both city courts and St. Louis County Courts more feasible. Prior to opening Finney Law Office, LLC, Finney was a prosecutor for the State of Missouri in 22nd Judicial Circuit in the city of St. Louis.

Finney is joined by his two sons, Daniel Finney III and Chris Finney, in the firm. The firm specializes in trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, medical negligence and auto accidents. They have been listed in the top verdicts and settlements for Missouri. More on the firm and its settlements can be found at www.finneylawoffice.com.

Finney Law Office has been serving those who have been wrongfully injured since 1981.

In addition to the judicial system taking action, voters also made their opinions clear in several states during this past election. DOMA Defined DOMA, in short, defines marriage as being between one man and one woman. The federal act means ...
