Thomas D. Buchanan, Esq. will sit in Schenectady County and hear cases throughout the district, which includes Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington Counties. Judge Buchanan formerly practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense and ERISA. The firm expects to hire a lawyer to take Judge Buchanan's place in January 2013.
